No Bruce, not just computers.  What I was thinking was say, me advertising
Computerbank's service, and acting like a field agent for a while.  Forward
application to the administration.  And when the administration okays
something, I could come down, and set up a machine for you and load it, and
deliver it and give some initial support.  And then, when there was
interest, I would set up some premises, where other local people in Ararat
could get involved.   Plant a seed, and nurture it, until it grows strong
enough to survive.  So really its a matter of me and the administration
getting together, and setting up a system that is suitable and workable.
