Just off the top of my head:

Having looked at the grant criteria, they seem fairly applicable.  The
only consideration is whether we might be duplicating work done by
existing Windoze based organisations.  Addressing that will require some
thought in the application writing process.

The other thing we have to think about is whether we can be credible
enough fast enough to get a grant.  Perhaps we should think of some
relatively unabitious things that we would like funding assistance with
(maybe covering transport and storage costs etc) and apply only for those
at this point in time.
