A Special General Meeting will be held at

Tuesday 17th July 2001

This is to change our name.

Motion to be voted on will be
" That Computerbank Victoria Incorporated change its name to Computerbank
Australia Incorporated"

Proxy votes need to be sent to the Secretary
moose@bovine.artificial-stupidity.net by the 10th July

Please indicate " Yes I agree with the name change"
or "No I don't agree with the name change"

This meeting is open to all financial members of Computerbank Victoria
Incorporated  and is in accordance with its constitution.
