Web page updates & big donation

Updated the web page to include a meeting announcement for WA,
the constitution announcement for Sydney and to announce the huge
donation that Computerbank Vic just picked up from Open Learning
Australia! (30+ complete 486dx2 machines, laptops, modems,
monitors, + more) - Bill and I are going back tonite to pick up
more gear.
