Hi all,

Notice is hereby given to hold a Special General Meeting on Thursday the
9th of December at 7pm. The meeting will take place online at
irc.freenode.net in the #cbmeta channel.

The Special General Meeting is convened for one single item. that is. to
vote on a motion to change the name of Computerbank Australia Inc back
to Computerbank Victoria Inc. 

The motion that we will be voting on is thus (exact wording): 

"That Computerbank Australia Incorporated change it's name to
Computerbank Victoria Incorporated." (Moved by Kylie Davies and Seconded
by Con Validas)

Proxies must be received 3 days before the meeting (ie by 5pm Monday 
6th December), and must be tendered using the appropriate form. The 
proxy form can be found in the appendix of the CAI Constitution. The

Proxy forms can also be obtained by emailing myself or Tony Calenti
