Compiling 0.4.2:

The change to SDL_ttf was to support internationalization.  Did you install 
SDL_ttf?  It was something that changed for 0.4.0, I think, maybe slightly 
earlier.

Theme sets:

I'd like to see a Roman one myself.  ;)
