New geometric engine

I will soon commit the new geometric engine in the HEAD.  It's
smaller, more easy to maintain, to extend and probably to understand, so
people can more easily contribute.  The file format has changed, there
is much less elements but an additional attribute category, the
specification is as usual in drgeo/DeveloperFAQ.  For now the feature
are almost the same as before plus bug fix and surely new ones.  The
locus object needs more work but it's functional.

Test will be more than welcome.  Waiting for the commit in the HEAD
you can always checkin the drgeo2 branch in the drgeo/ directory.
