I uploaded fcpu-mr-20030402.tar.gz to http://f-cpu.seul.org/~f-cpu/new/.

Highlights of this release:

	- the Xilinx synthesizer groks INC and CMP now.
	- SHL makes it dump core (not my fault, I guess).

Compatibility note to VHDL coders:  Avoid the `alias' keyword in
code that is going to be synthesized.
