[f-cpu] date format at f-cpu.seul.org/

hi !

just want to know whether it's ok if i manually modify the
file names at http://f-cpu.seul.org/new/
 ==> adopting the ISO/ANSI/whatever standard format
would make it a bit more readable ....

for example,
http://f-cpu.seul.org/new/Snapshot_jws_19_07_2002.tar.bz2
would become
http://f-cpu.seul.org/new/Snapshot_jws_20020719.tar.bz2

the only problem is when day and month are ambiguous ....

is it ok ?
