In various pieces of source code. The ISA is still a moving
target, we didn't assign the final opcodes yet, and so on. If
you want to be compatible, look at my `fctools' package, from
http://f-cpu.seul.org/~f-cpu/new/ (in particular, the `fcpu_opcodes.h'
file).
