[f-cpu] HAL+19C3=?

hi,
it seems that my budget for the end of the year
will not make it possible for me to go to the 18C3,
unless i win in a lottery, which is rather improbable
because i don't play that game.
We have discussed tonight with Lionel and nicO about
some preliminary details of the HAL trip and i will
certainly come, given the details we currently know.
Our participation will consist of workshop that we still
have to prepare. sorry for the lag.
Concerning the 18C3, i am still reserved whether i will
have enough money to come. i'll keep you informed.
