[f-cpu] CVS etc.

hi,
i have checked yesterday if the CVS tarballs are working,
and they do. It took this occasion to check what is inside
and i updated some readmes and added the contents of the
websites (f-cpu.org and .de). it will be checked in within
a week. This way, a single tarball that weights a few MB
will contain most useful data.

However, a _lot_ of things are not ready yet. the GCC back-end
is not fully tested, the assembler does not generate any
binary (AFAIK) and the manual is awfully lagging. and that's
only the visible part. Please check f-cpu.gaos.org and help us.
