[f-cpu] Web and webmaster

Hello everyboby,

Some parisian member of the f-cpu list have been made a little meeting 
to discuss about status of the project, the last week.
It seems than we have or we will have a problem with the web site of 
f-cpu project.

Today, Whygee manage this aspect (collect web proposal, discuss with 
people, try new methods...) but he will stop this.

Because some people seems don't want work on the vhdl coding or software 
aspect of the project, we open a proposal for them, if they can program 
the website.

We looking for a new webmaster (to replace Whygee).

To define the job, I give you some possible point :
     * Site maintenance (like broken links, look & feel, update, and 
perhaps cvs management too)
     * He can delegate some part of job, but he can impose the format 
(like html, php, dacode...)
     * If a web team is created, he must follow the state of the work, 
and manage the team.
     * When a new look and feel, a new section, a major modification on 
the site must be made, he must launch the discussion on the f-cpu 
mailing list, organize the pools and synthesize result.

If you want add something, do it.

Until now, Whygee have communicate me the following list of name (people 
who have propose their services for the web site developpement) :
-"Cedric De Wilde" <daique@skynet.be> who have proposing the daCode version.
-"Pablo Belin" <pablo.belin@free.fr> who have made the Who's Who
-"Paul Marques Mota" <mota@april.org> who give help about server problems
-"Samuel Desseaux"<sdesseaux@free.fr> who propose a php version of the site.

If this people accept to keep in charge of the site developpement, I'll 
propose than they can submit their application.
If others people want submit their application too, do it.

I propose to close the discussion during the third week of august (I 
gooing in holidays at the end of the week, and I have no access to my 
account before the 19th august).

The future webmaster can be named by a pool, after the canditature 
collection.

Bonjour tout le monde,

Une partie des membres parisiens du f-cpu se sont réunis la semaine 
dernière, pour faire un point sur l'avancé du projet.
Il semble que nous avons, nous aurons, un problème avec le site web.

Actuellement, Whygee s'occupe d'organiser cela, mais il désire ne plus 
avoir à le faire.

Parce que certaines personnes ne semble pas avoir envie de développer le 
code vhdl, ou le soft nécessaire, nous leurs faisons une proposition, 
s'ils peuvent développer le site.

Nous recherchons un nouveau webmestre (pour remplacer whygee)

Voici quelques point pour illuster son rôle possible :
   * Maintenance du site
   * En cas de travail en équipe, choix du format des pages, et rôle de 
manager de l'équipe.
   * C'est de lui qu'emmaneront les proposition d'évolution, les 
proposition de nouvelles rubriques,  il organisera les votes et les 
synthèses.

Si vous avez d'autres propositions, faites le.

Voici une liste de personnes que Whygee m'a communiqué qui ont proposé 
leurs services pour le développement du site.
- "Cedric De Wilde" <daique@skynet.be> qui a fait le proposition du site 
en daCode
- pablo.belin@free.fr (ABUL) qui a fait un Who's Who.
- Paul Marques Mota <mota@april.org> qui peut parfois aider pour les 
histoires de serveurs.
- "samuel desseaux" <sdesseaux@free.fr> qui propose une version php du site

Si ces personnes veulent prendre en charge le développement, qu'ils 
proposent leurs candidatures
Si d'autres personnes veulent se proposer, qu'ils le fassent.

Je propose de conclure cette discussion la 3e semaine d'août (je pars en 
vacances en fin de semaine, et je n'aurais pas accées à mon compte d'ici 
le 19)

Le nouveau webmestre pourra être désigné par un vote, aprés la collecte 
des candidatures.
