It means: 66 MHz is pretty good (for an FPGA).  Although, know you
mentioned it... I *may* be able to do even better ;)

Or the number of cells required for the muxes.  There are four of them
for every bit, approximately -- and since left-shifts and right-shifts
are handled separately, that number is doubled once more.  That is,
there are 512 multiplexers with 8...12 inputs.  But that's nothing
compared to the Xbar ;)

I guess my 2nd stage decoder is already pretty simple.  Took me quite a
while to find a solution that does not suffer from extreme elephantiasis ;)
