I may be able to help here.
A long time ago I purchased a copy of Orcad schmatic capture version 3.2. Since
thne I have replaced almost all the library symbols supplied by Orcad as I have
found them to wasteful of space on a drawing, so I have about 10 libraries of
common parts (TTL, CMOS, Trans, Diodes, R, C, L + load of special chips) that
are mine but in Orcad format.
If it would help I can easily convert these to text and mail them to anybody
who thinks they can make use of them.
I will warn you I tend to print all my drawings full size (even the A0 ones :)
so others may find my symbols a little on the small side, but I'm sure they can
be rescaled.

Anyone interested ?
