gEDA: Gwave snapshot 20030804

Its been almost forever since day job, and other commitments have allowed
me to put much time into Gwave, the GPL'ed analog waveform viewer for
spice simulation and similar data. But finally here is a collection of
little improvements and a significant overhaul of hardcopy plot and
export.

Hardcopy and documentation output can now be obtained using either graph
or Gnuplot. A dialog box allows choosing output formas and a few other
settings. Additional plot/export filters can be plugged in by writing a
suitable scheme module.

There's a data-export function for extracting and saving a subset of a
datafile as ascii.

The stacking/drawing order of waveforms can be changed.

Selected waveforms are now drawn in a highlighted style.

My development platform is currently Redhat-9 (intel), with guile-1.6.4
and guile-gtk-1.2_0.31. Redhat-8.0, guile-1.4, and guile-gtk-0.19 have
also been tested successfully.

Thanks for everyone's email and continued interest during the hiatus.
