gEDA: pcb-20030815 snapshot available

Hello,

I'm pleased to announce the availability of a snapshot of the pcb
development sources.  pcb-20030815 is available under the "files"
section of the PCB Sourceforge project page at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/pcb

For those who have not tried out the CVS sources lately, you'll note
that this snapshot includes DJ Delorie's trace optimizer as well as some
library fixes.

I plan on making snapshots available periodically.  The frequency of
these snapshots will be driven by when new features or significant bug
fixes become available.
