gEDA: Icarus Verilog Snapshot 20030815

I found and fixed a bug that affected my day job, so I'm making
a slightly early snapshot release. This snapshot mostly includes
synthesis fixes, although there are a few simulattion bugs fixed.

I'm putting precompiled binaries in the usual place. I have a most
immediate need for i386.rpm packages, but I'll collect the usual
set anyhow.

Release Notes for Icarus Verilog Snapshot 20030815

The synthesizer has multiple bug fixes, and also includes new support
for synchronous clear. This is useful for Xilinx Virtex parts that
have synchronous reset inputs. Also, various bugs related to handling
behavioral blocks has been fixed.

The runtime LXT support had a memory leak fixed.

The vvp runtime has various minor bug fixes, including a fix of
vpi_get_value that returned 0 instead of simply turning x bits off.
