I've released gwave snapshot 20031224, a relatively minor release.

Changes include:

- Warnings from compiling with gcc > 3.x are all fixed
(Thank you to those who sent patches.)

- Some bugs were fixed in the plotting code added for the last snapshot

- Documentation-extraction from C works again, and doc extraction from 
guile has been added.
This means that the doc/gwave-*.txt files are once again a somewhat useful 
reference.  A remaining significant documentation BUG: the entries in 
these files are not sorted.
