Action commands are in the 
pcb manual...look in your source install dirs or google for it, then cut and paste the ones 
you want.   I'm not sure of the visible layer....  dig through the source for that if not in 
the action commands section of the manual...  

I don't see the action to do that...
likely need to find the c program file that handles that part of the UI and test using that 
call as an action... 

Who knows that filename?

 via the : commmand with pcb running....see what happens...after 
backing your data up of course...after that, you're a c hacker...hack away.
