As I stated before, I don't know how much I would be able to contribute until the summer due to my current work load but if I was seriously considered I think it would give me more reason to try and find that extra *time*.  Who would I need to talk to about this and who would be the one that would be overseeing this specific project?  If I did this, I think I would want to use PyGTK unless there was a specific framework that you guys wanted to use for this.
