Steve, you are sorta avoiding Mike's point here really. In a way - the
fact that Icarus might require yet ANOTHER set of pragma's isn't an
amazing concept when thinking along this line. Most of the tools have
their own set (using comments of course.)
It's also probably true that most synth tools ALSO accept synopsys
directives. They might be considered the lowest common denominator.
I know for a fact that the Magma synthesizer also groks Synopsys
directives since that is who they compete against.
