The only way I know is to load the schmatic into a text editor and change the 
line:

C 9300 8700 1 0 0 title-A3.sym

to:

C 9300 8700 0 0 0 title-A3.sym

than reload the page and you can't select the titleblock any more

It's a bug. Delete the symbol and load it new
