Changes---
1. Holger Vogt's mods for MS-Windows.
You still need to edit the "Make2" files, but that should be
easy.

2. Other minor changes in spice-wrapper.

3. Change result of cross, min, max measures when the
event doesn't happen and looking for "last" event.
It now returns -infinity. Previously it returned +infinity.
A first event never happening still returns +infinity.

Most recent work has been in documentation and testing.

The main web site now uses the wiki. The manual on the wiki is
nearing completion, so use it in preference to the old manual.

The wiki:
http://wiki.gnucap.org

The manual:
http://wiki.gnucap.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=gnucap:manual

===

As usual, to get started you need only the main package
gnucap-2009-xx-xx.tar.gz .
