I did this once. It's easy, just edit the .pcb in a text editor, find the block with the lines, and move them around. So you'll see something like:
Layer(4 "component") ( Line[239000 53000 230900 53000 2500 2000 ""] Line[259000 38000 254000 43000 2500 2000 ""] ... )
Just move the Line bits (or change the Layer "statement").
