	I haven't touched that binary dist in quite a while, so I couldn't
tell you want is wrong. 

	However, I will test this behavior when I release a 20030901ish
binary distribution.  I got the current (with a few changes) gEDA/gaf
working again on MinGW with gtk+-2.2.x (after getting too many requests
for it; wore down my resistance/reluctance).  Building on gEDA/gaf
on MinGW has gotten much easier with gtk+-2.2.x and everything builds
almost out-of-the-box (except guile).  I'll try to get something out by
next weekend (no promises though).

	Any beta testers who won't get upset if gEDA eats their win32
machine for lunch?  I don't have access to any 98/ME boxes, so testing
there would be nice.
