Hi,

I've not used SSH2 for a long time with gftp (2.0.19). Now I've tried it
again and it failed to open the slave pty. I've fixed that in pty.c and
now it works again.
But.. It always starts ssh-askpass and asks me for a password. After I
entered it it continues to connect. I remember that in the past
ssh-askpass was not started. It this now the default? Does anyone get
ssh-askpass started when using SSH2 connections?
