Log Message:
glxdemo has been modified to use pthreads. From now on, you'll just fire up
a thread for the gui and sort of ignore it. You'll need to lock a mutex to
do any kind of gfx though (sorry). Modified the autoconfiscation to account
for pthreads. Also added SDL configuration to the configure.in, glxdemo
hasn't been modified to use SDL yet. Demos and tests have been modified
to use the new threaded architecture. Since GTC mostly doesn't use global
variable, it is mostly thread-safe.
