Log Message:
Bumped up version number to 0.8. Added configuration file and path stuff.
Tweaked SDL support. data now installs to ${datadir}. gtcrc gets installed
in ${datadir}, containing the path to ${datadir} and nothing else so far.
gtcrc is built by data/Makefile.
