An interesting discussion recently ensued on the RPM list after someone
posted that dpkg is "miles ahead" of RPM .. one thing that came out of
this was the fact that uploading files where you've just changed one line
of the SPEC (that doesn't change the program installation anyway) is quite
annoying. A proposed solution was to use xdelta. I couldn't help wishing
I'd thought of it sooner (-:
