breaking up the website workload

Hi. It seems that we have a number of people interested in the website.
Usually, the way we handle more than one concurrent web developer is by
breaking the load into directories.

(*)	Cog already taking care of the security. I suspect that /security
is a big enough job in itself.

(*)	I propose a /support section that includes the autodocs. Lee is
the logical person to handle this ( what do you think ? )

(*)	Stefan, would you like to handle the /distribution part of the
site ?
