RPM problem

I tried to install neXtaw-Xaw-0.5.1-1.i386.rpm last night on a system
I'm setting up for my parents.  It failed, claiming a dependency on
New_xinitrc.  I checked on the website and found that New_xinitrc is
provided by xinitrc, so I downloaded and installed 
xinitrc-1.6-1Indy.noarch.rpm.  I still couldn't get
neXtaw-Xaw-0.5.1-1.i386.rpm to install; I got the same failed dependency
message.  What am I doing wrong?
