Mandrake Crashing?

When i used to run Mandrake 6.1 i noticed this too. Mandrake crashed more than
any other distro i tried and the default kernel it supplied made it crawl along
at pathetic speeds.

I found everything else to be fairly good about mandrake with its problems
here and there.
