Defkon announcement

Hi!

I want to announce version 1999/10/01 of newest development
tree of Defkon. You can find the tarball at
http://members.xoom.com/p_guehring/dev_neu.019991001.tgz

It is currently in alpha-stage, but interesting for developers.
The port to Linux is nearly done, but there are a lot of things
missing, ...

Everyone is invited to send me ideas, comments, bugfixes, ...
