 In torrc i add the line:

 '''ExitNodes {fr},{be},{ch}'''

 And Tor can't connect. In logs, I have:

 '''No specified exit routers seem to be running: can't choose an exit.'''

 '''failed to choose an exit server'''

 furthermore, countries flags are never displayed in the network map.

 Is it a problem of geoip file? I have one, located in GeoIPFile
 .\Data\Tor\geoip

 config is :Vidalia 0.2.17 / Tor 0.2.2.35
