 whether obfs2+brdgrd is beneficial.

 I am not sure if brdgrd is still effective. For a number of Chinese users,
 my bridge was probed despite brdgrd running. The tool did its job but the
 scanners showed up nevertheless. So perhaps they are now partially able to
 reassemble TCP streams.
