 I've been watching Tor Metrics to see what impact the OpenSSL "Heartbleed"
 vulnerability was having on the Tor network as a whole, if any. Among
 other things, I've noticed that the number of 0.2.2 relays has almost
 dropped to zero. From the graph it looks like it's less than a dozen or
 so. I say that now is a great time to drop support if it's doable.
