 After updating from 3.4.5 on a FF densely strewn with add-ons. You
 basically can't see a rule until it's applied somewhere, and then they get
 all re-hidden when you end the session.
 Sub-issue #1: when you re-order the visible rules by name, they all revert
 to their previous order, which is the order of their use during the
 current session. (Along with the main problem, it amounts to an
 inadvertent tracker usable by those with a physical access to your
 computer).
 Sub-issue #2: 'Search www.google.com' (instead of 'encrypted...') turns on
 (but can be re-disabled).
