Comment:

 It looks at first glance like you've set your ReachableAddresses /
 FasisctFirewall settings so that none of the bridges you have configured
 are ones that your Tor client is willing to try.  See if turning off those
 options helps?  If not, you'll need to find bridges that you can actually
 reach from your network.
