 P.S. is seems translate.google.com alone does not works with https, even
 with "Google Services" rule is disabled - it not cause loop with attached
 screenshot but does nothing.

 Working URL is above one with plain http:// and it seems it is "Google
 Services" which wrongly changes http:// to https:// here.
