 First of all, thanks so much for adding the screen resizing feature, it's
 pretty essential to browsing pages anonymously with Javascript enabled.

 Though there's no need for screen resizing when Javascript is disabled in
 a certain tab. So, it's better to have it adapt to your NoScript
 Javascript settings on a tab per tab basis. Or if "javascript.enabled" is
 set to False, window resizing should be disabled.
