 hiro, I can confirm that .tpf files op-??-*-2017-04-11.tpf and later look
 good.  I'm attaching a graph comparing measurements from 2017-04-12 with
 Torperf data.  Can you please delete files from 2017-04-10?  Those contain
 timeouts and connections to port 8080.  Once that's done, I'll delete
 files from CollecTor.

 Moving forward, I think the following tasks remain:
  - Include data from Rob's phantomtrain.  I'm not sure where we are with
 this.
  - Add irl's instance op-ab, after changing its DNS to op-ab.something and
 possibly after switching that to port 80 using the same iptables trick
 that we use, but not necessarily.
  - Explain to ln5 how to set up an instance, maybe op-se, as replacement
 for the Torperf instance siv, ideally on port 80 with the same iptables
 trick that we use.
  - Turn off onionperf.torproject.org to reduce the complexity of our setup
 a little bit.
  - (Anything else?)
