Comment:

 We discussed this on IRC.

 The consensus between arma, hiro, and weasel appears to be that it's best
 that the video be included in the webwml repo for now.

 This keeps the website self-contained, amongst others for mirroring and
 cdn-fronting purposes, and it keeps the entire website under SCM.
