 I tested the video using TorBrowser 7.5.3 with the safest security setting
 and the audio works fine.
 1. Close TorBrowser and delete the {{{TorBrowser-Data}}} folder.
 2. Open TorBrowser and visit the link again and click on the video space
 and click Temporarily allow.
 3. refresh the page if the video is not visible.
