 Now I have uninstalled Tor and reinstalled [in the same directory and
 anti-virus on] Tor 8.0.8 and it is working fine.

 But the issue here is it will work for some-days [1 to 4] and after that
 will show a blank page.

 The problem continues until next updated version [not probably the next
 updated version]
