 Step one, she makes a trac account for herself. Go to trac, click on
 register, do the things.

 Then when there's a username, step two is to find a trac admin on irc
 (e.g. me) and we can add her to GRP_user or GRP_devel or whatever
 depending on which capabilities she needs.
