New description:

 Monitor the output of the script in #33262.

 Continue monitoring as more volunteer relay operators deploy the relevant
 tor versions. (And as the number of IPv6 relays in the consensus
 increases.)

 There isn't actually much to check here. If we do find issues, we should
 open separate bugs for them.
