 It certainly seems we're not overzealously fetching the descriptor again.
 After running for more than one hour, my Tor only logged "Dropping
 descriptor that we already have for router 'fluxe3'" three times, roughly
 15 minutes apart.

 I have no problem using fluxe3 as a bridge.
