 Sebastian, it was about 2 hours after the _relay_ was started, so it was
 just starting to receive connections, then it killed tor.exe with this
 assert message.

 I'm not sure what you mean by exit/non-exit, I allow all exit types that's
 given to me in Vidalia (web, irc, etc..)
