this should be as simple as rebalancing start_pct and stop_pct in
bwauthority.cfg, no?
the default configuration looks like this:
scanner1: start_pct:0 stop_pct: 12 (12% coverage)
scanner2: start_pct:12 stop_pct: 35 (23% coverage)
scanner3: start_pct:35 stop_pct: 60 (25% coverage)
scanner4: start_pct:60 stop_pct: 100 (40% coverage)
I am testing the following:
scanner1: start_pct:0 stop_pct: 6 (6% coverage)
scanner2: start_pct:6 stop_pct: 25 (19% coverage)
scanner3: start_pct:25 stop_pct: 50 (25% coverage)
scanner4: start_pct:50 stop_pct: 100 (50% coverage)
